The batch is shredded to reduce and standardize the size of the pieces, while iron and aluminum pieces are separated from the shredded material using a magnetic belt and manual separation.
SHREDDING
Sampling of the metal is drilled according to international procedures and is sent to the laboratory for analysis
SAMPLING
Commercial validation of the raw material batch is carried out using the data from the control report.
VALIDATION
RECEPTION
A batch of raw material is received at the plant and recorded in the information system: identification and control numbers are assigned to track the process, along with the date
SMELTING
The iron-free milled material is melted in the furnace to obtain copper ingots with precious metals, and the weight of the obtained metal is recorded.
CONTROL
A control report is prepared including all important information; weight of the batch and analysis of valuable elements, among others.
OUR THREE R's
REUSING
To help extend the lifeline of certain components, we have implemented a process to safely remove and refurbish them before proceeding with the recycling and refining of the remaining material. By carefully identifying and salvaging reusable parts, we reduce waste and minimize the need for raw materials, fostering a circular economy in e-waste management. Our commitment to responsible recycling practices ensures that valuable resources are conserved, while also mitigating the environmental impact associated with e-waste disposal.
RECYCLING
After separating all of the components that can be reused, we utilize advanced technologies and sustainable practices to responsibly handle the remaining materials. Our recycling process adheres to strict environmental regulations and the industry's best practices. We employ state-of-the-art machinery and efficient methodologies to ensure the efficient and safe recycling of e-waste. By adopting these measures, we contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, and the overall ecological footprint.
REFINING
In addition to our recycling technologies, we also specialize in the refining of e-waste materials to recover valuable elements with the utmost efficiency. Our refining facilities are equipped with cutting-edge equipment and operated by experienced professionals who ensure the highest quality standards are met. By choosing our refining services, you can maximize the value of your e-waste while minimizing its environmental footprint.
THE MATERIALS
At our facility, we proudly accept a diverse range of materials to maximize recycling rates. We strive to create a sustainable future by ensuring that a wide variety of items can be recycled effectively. By accommodating different materials, we contribute to the conservation of valuable resources and minimize waste, making a positive impact on the environment.
